Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich and evolved bouquet of dried fig, leather, dark plum with notes of cedar.
Palate: Full-bodied and intense, offering layers of mature black fruits, roasted meat and dried dark fruits. The tannins have softened , allowing the tertiary flavours to shine.
Finish: Long and savoury, with lingering notes of smoked herbs, aged balsamic, and old oak, a testament to the wine’s remarkable aging ability.
