Refund and Replacement Policy

At Sanderson Wine Consultancy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we take great care in delivering your wine in perfect condition, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Below are the details of our refund and replacement policy. 

Please note: Due to the rarity, value, and age of certain bottles (valued over £150), refunds or replacements will not be available. We handle these cases with extra care and discretion and will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Damaged or Faulty Wines

If your order arrives damaged or if the wine appears to be out of condition (e.g., corked), we will provide you with a replacement if reported to us within 30 days. If the same product is not available, we will issue a credit to your account equal to the value of the returned item or a cash refund.
