Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and lemon zest interwoven with notes of hazelnut, acacia blossom, and subtle vanilla oak.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a creamy texture and layers of orchard fruit, toasted almond, and citrus. A fine mineral thread provides freshness and balance, leading to an elegant, lingering finish.
Finish: Long and poised, revealing hints of buttered brioche, chalk, and saline minerality.
