The Wine
The 2011 Graham’s Vintage Port is a benchmark expression from one of the Douro’s most revered producers, and one of the finest vintages of the 21st century. This wine combines the house’s hallmark richness and opulence with impeccable balance and structure. The result is a profound, age-worthy Port that embodies both power and poise — a true collector’s classic that will reward decades of careful cellaring.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense aromas of black cherry, cassis, and plum, complemented by notes of violets, dark chocolate, liquorice, and spice.
Palate: Full-bodied and deeply concentrated, with layers of ripe blackberry, fig, and kirsch with fine, mouth-coating tannins. A velvety texture and perfectly judged sweetness create harmony and depth.
Finish: Exceptionally long and persistent, echoing dark fruit, cocoa, and exotic spice — a hallmark of Graham’s luxurious style.

Founded in 1820, W. & J. Graham’s is one of the most prestigious Port houses, now part of the Symington Family Estates. Known for producing Ports of richness and longevity, Graham’s sources grapes from five key estates, including Quinta dos Malvedos and Quinta do Tua. Their Vintage Ports are renowned for their bold structure, concentration, and ability to age gracefully for generations.
Wine Details
Vinification: Traditional foot-treading in granite lagares; aged for 18 months in seasoned oak casks before bottling unfiltered.
