Nose: Expressive and layered, with notes of black cherry, cassis, cedar, tobacco and a hint of violet.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, offering a silky texture and refined tannins. Flavours of dark berries, plum, and earthy minerality unfold in elegant succession, balanced by bright acidity.

Domaine de Chevalier, under the stewardship of Olivier Bernard since 1983, has earned a reputation as one of the most consistent and respected producers in Pessac-Léognan. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, hand-harvesting, and precision winemaking, producing both red and white wines of exceptional pedigree.
