The Wine

The 2008 Dom Pérignon is considered one of the most extraordinary vintages of the iconic prestige cuvée. Released after the 2009, this bottling was held back by the house to allow the wine’s unique character to fully emerge. The 2008 embodies the tension between intensity and precision — combining crystalline purity, vibrant acidity, and remarkable depth, it stands as one of the finest Dom Pérignons of modern times.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant and expressive with aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, brioche, and chalky minerality. Subtle notes of almond and smoke add depth.

Palate: Precise and vibrant, with layers of lemon zest, pear, stone fruit, and pastry cream. The acidity is razor-sharp yet perfectly integrated, giving the wine energy and lift.

Finish: Long, saline, and focused, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and mineral purity.
