The Wine
K de Kirwan is the third wine of Château Kirwan, created to showcase a softer, more approachable style of Margaux while still reflecting the elegance and finesse of the estate. Produced from younger vines and parcels not used for the grand vin or second wine, it is fruit-driven, supple, and charming, crafted for earlier drinking pleasure without sacrificing complexity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of fresh red berries, cassis, and plum with subtle floral notes and a touch of spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth, offering juicy black and red fruits, soft tannins, and a lively freshness that makes it instantly enjoyable.
Finish: Elegant and rounded, with lingering fruit and gentle oak.
