The Wine

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and dark cherry, layered with notes of graphite, cedar, tobacco, and subtle smoky nuances.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, with a refined texture and a core of ripe dark fruit framed by fine, well-integrated tannins. Flavours of cocoa, espresso, and savoury spice add depth and complexity.

Vinification: Fermented in temperature-controlled vats; aged approximately 14–18 months in French oak barrels (around 40–50% new)
