The Wine
Château Coutet is one of the leading estates of Barsac, known for producing elegant, vibrant sweet wines with remarkable freshness. The 2007 vintage is widely regarded as one of the finest Sauternes and Barsac vintages of the 21st century, thanks to ideal conditions for noble rot (Botrytis cinerea).
The 2007 Coutet combines richness with precision, offering intense sweetness balanced by bright acidity. It is a beautifully poised wine that showcases both opulence and finesse.
