The 2010 vintage at Château Cantemerle is one of the most accomplished wines in the estate’s modern history. Tasting Notes

Nose: Complex bouquet of blackberry, cassis, cedar, tobacco, and graphite, with hints of violets and earthy spice.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, offering ripe black fruits and plum layered with fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. Undertones of cigar box, forest floor, and pencil lead add dimension.

Finish: Long and persistent, with a balance of fruit, spice, and minerality that will continue to evolve beautifully with age.

Château Cantemerle, a Fifth Growth in the 1855 Classification, is located in the southern Médoc near Macau. Known for producing refined and elegant wines that are approachable yet capable of aging gracefully, the estate is a consistent overachiever among the classified growths.
