Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromatic and layered, with notes of black cherry, violets, cedar, tobacco leaf, and subtle spice.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, showing ripe cassis, plum, earthy minerality, and hints of liquorice. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide structure and lift, while oak is well-integrated and supportive.

Finish: Long and polished, with notes of graphite, dried herbs, and forest floor echoing through a savoury, balanced finish.
