The Wine

Known as “White Foil”, Pol Roger’s Brut Réserve NV is the flagship cuvée of this historic house, renowned for elegance, finesse, and impeccable balance. Crafted from 30+ crus and aged for at least three years in the cellar, it embodies the house’s classic style: rich yet refined, with an emphasis on freshness and harmony. A benchmark non-vintage Champagne beloved by connoisseurs worldwide.


Tasting Notes

Nose: Expressive aromas of pear, apple, white peach, brioche, and hazelnut.

Palate: Lively, offering orchard fruits, lemon zest, and a creamy texture from extended lees aging. Hints of almond and honey add depth, supported by fine, persistent bubbles.

Finish: Elegant and refreshing, with lingering minerality and brioche notes.


Producer Details

Founded in 1849, Pol Roger remains family-owned and is celebrated as one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses. Known for producing wines of exceptional finesse and consistency, Pol Roger has a storied history — most famously as Sir Winston Churchill’s Champagne of choice. The house maintains traditional methods, including hand-riddling all bottles.
