The Wine
Carruades de Lafite is the second wine of Château Lafite Rothschild, crafted from specific parcels and younger vines within the estate. Known for its elegance and approachability compared to the grand vin, it still carries the unmistakable finesse and pedigree of Lafite.
The 2012 vintage in Pauillac produced balanced, classic wines with refined tannins and fresh acidity. Carruades 2012 offers a graceful, polished expression, combining Pauillac structure with softer accessibility.
